The Association has learned of the death of Professor Lt Cdr Sean McGrail RN on 29 June 2021.

Sean was a Gannet Pilot and CO of 849 Squadron 7.2.62 – 17.5.63
He had a very distinguished second career as a highly qualified Marine Archaeologist and author.
Memorial Service
A Memorial Service for Sean McGrail will be held at 1130 on Friday 8 October in the RC All Saints Chapel in Wardour Castle (SP3 6RH). As space may be limited anyone hoping to attend is requested to email their son Fergus at fergusmcgrail@hotmail.com
After the service there will be a get-together in The Hinton Hall in Tisbury (SP3 6NH)
