The Association has learned of the death of Major John Bernard Dicksee on 26 May 2017 aged 90. He is survived by his sister, Ruth.

John was a member of the Regular Army who served on HMS Hermes (July 1969 – July 1970) and HMS Fulmar (August 1970 – August 1971) as the Carrier Borne Ground Liaison Officer.
