The Association has learned of the death of Lt Cdr Peter Richard Sheppard AFC RN on 6 February 2020 aged 87. He leaves a widow, Doreen.
Funeral Details
The funeral will take place at 1020 on Thursday 27 February 2020 at Barnstable Crematorium followed at 1300 by a service at The Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, Holsworthy, EX22 6EJ.
Family flowers only with donations in lieu to Navy Wings.

Grading Instructor for FAA Pilots
Peter was a Korean War Sea Fury pilot who would later go on to fly the Sea Vixen amongst many other types. He is probably most well known for being one of the founding members of the Royal Navy Historic Flight and many will remember his legendary Sea Fury displays, an aircraft that was always dear to him.
