The funeral will be conducted by Fr Mark Jackson (RN Chaplain) in the Church of St Peter and St Paul, Hele Lane, South Petherton TA13 5DQ at 12:00 on Sat 29 September 2012.

Lt Cdr John McDonald RN died in his sleep at home in South Petherton following a long illness.
A former Lt Cdr(f) at Yeovilton and, after retirement, the RN Flight Safety and Accident Investigation Centre Staff Officer as a Retired Officer, John was a long time Junglie and my friend.
