The Association has learned of the death of Kenneth Yale on 23 December 2014.

Kenneth served two years National Service in the RN on HMS Buchan Ness, HMS Finisterre and HMS Illustrious. He was selected for Initial Flying Training at RNAS Abottsinch, but before completing training, all National Service personnel were taken off course.
He was a founder member of the Malta Aviation Museum and in 2003 was involved in the locating and dismantling of the remains of Swordfish HS491 in Canada, purchasing and relocating the aircraft to the museum for static restoration.
