The association has learnt of the death of Cdr Alexander Ford “Buzz” Burr VRD* RNR. he died peacefully at home on 2nd February, aged 95.
Much loved husband of Dorothy, proud father and grandfather of Elizabeth and Andrew, Sarah, Chris, Nia and Will.
Funeral at St Peter’s, Bushey Heath, on Monday 18th February at.—12 noon. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, can be made to the Peace Hospice or the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity c/o Nethercott & Son Ltd, 20 Aldenham Road, Radlett, WD7 8AX, 01923 85289901923 852899.
