The Association has learned of the death of Capt Jack Worth RN on 11 May 2017. He leaves a widow, Jill.

The funeral will take place at 1200 hours on Thursday I June 2017 at Guildford Crematorium, New Pond Road, GU7 3DB.

Whilst flying Westland Wessex XP112 from HMS Ark Royal on 17 September 1975, the aircraft warning light came on, the aircraft ditched and rolled to starboard in the English Channel South of Plymouth. Lt AC Tait, Cdr J Worth, POACMN DE Brown & LACMN P Hope picked up by SAR.
