The Association has learned of the death of S/Lt(A) Kenneth Frank Dixon RNVR on 4 February 2015 aged 94.

He served as an Observer between 1943 – 45 on HMS Chaser and with 854 NAS, HMS Illustrious followed by 857 NAS, HMS Indomitable, both involved in attacks on the Sakishima Islands.
